Nonviolent Communications Workshop – Stephanie Bachmann Mattei
I wanted to invite you to a special Nonviolent Communications (NVC) workshop on September 27 & 28 (Friday and half day Saturday) that will enhance our trauma-informed practices! This is a mindfulness communications model that supports deeper relational skills, greater self-awareness, active listening, respect and empathy for ourselves and others, particularly in navigating the many trying situations that we experience as helpers and everyday life. NVC has been used for decades worldwide to mediate disputes and conflicts at all levels. 10 hours credit available at no additional cost.
